Job Description – Vehicle Testing Engineer

We are looking for a Vehicle Testing Engineer for an onsite assignment where you will work practically with testing vehicles and/or subsystems. The role is suitable for you who are self-driven, structured, and have a strong technical interest.

Responsibilities

In the role of Vehicle Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, executing, and following up on tests of complete vehicles or specific subsystems
• Ensuring that tests are conducted according to applicable requirements, specifications, and procedures
• Documenting and analyzing test results and reporting deviations
• Collaborating closely with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders in the testing operations
• Contributing to improvements in testing methods, work processes, and technical solutions

The work is performed onsite and has a clear practical and hands-on character.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field
• Category C driver's license
• Swedish citizen or citizen of a NATO country
• Experience in testing operations, either at the vehicle level or subsystem level
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in full vehicle testing
• Knowledge of defense requirements or military background
• Category CE driver's license
